I have planned, built, and established four successful esports programs in partnership with organizations such as Youth Places, Passport Academy, City High, and Sto-Rox. These programs not only produced competitive success—such as leading the Youth Places team to multiple playoff appearances in the PlayVS league—but also created meaningful growth opportunities for the youth involved. Through structured coaching and mentorship, the programs have helped students build confidence, develop teamwork skills, adopt positive mindsets, and strengthen relationships with their parents. Many participants have also shown academic improvement, including higher grades, as a result of their involvement. In addition, I’ve taken youth to colleges where they competed in esports tournaments and discovered pathways to continue their education and passion for esports at the next level.
